We purchased our first show boxer, a beautiful flashy fawn female, Aries Just Too Cute, DOM, call name "Reba," in 1995 from Aries Boxer Kennels. Although we didn't finish her Championship after showing "Reba" for about two years, that experience inspired us to begin our search in earnest for a very special dog.... The great one!
In 1997, we had the good fortune to be introduced to Jennifer and Gene Tellier of Telstar Boxer Kennels in Southern California. With a recommendation from the Telstar Kennels, we purchased our second bitch, a beautiful flashy fawn female, CH R&G's Covergirl Of Newsmaker, call name "Lexus," who finished her Championship at 21 months of age with limited showing, professionally handled by Gary Steele!
Next, we purchased our first stud dog from Telstar Kennels, CH Telstar's Handsome Harry, SOM, call name "Harry." A very handsome boy indeed. "Harry" finished his Championship at 21 months of age with limited showing, professionally handled by Gary Steele!

We first bred "Harry" to our Aries bitch, "Reba." This match produced a beautiful litter of five puppies. We kept the two best pups from that litter, and I am proud to report that they both finished their Championship in May 2000 the very same weekend! Our very handsome boy, CH R&G's High Roller, call name "Toby" and our gorgeous girl CH R&G's Fancy Pants, call name "Fancy." These two were professionally handled by Gary Steele!
This was such a successful pairing, that we repeated this breeding again. Of that six pup litter, we successfully finished two of the pups, our incredible boy CH R&G's Jack Of Diamonds, call name "Axel" and our very pretty girl CH R&G's High Sierra, call name "Princess"! These two were professionally handled by Gary Steele!

These two breedings made it possible for our Aries bitch "Reba" to attain her Dam Of Merit title!
Pairing of R&G's first Champions
In 1999, we bred "Harry" to our Champion bitch "Lexus." This match produced an incredible litter of eight puppies, of which two successfully completed their Championship. Our truly remarkable CH R&G's Urban Cowboy, call name "Boots" and our beautiful girl CH R&G's Amazing Grace, call name "Gracie." These two were handled professionally by Gary Steele!

Our Future
I have been a member of the American Boxer Club since 2004. Our Kennel
received the American Boxer Club 2004 Kennel With The Most Puppy Wins
Award, 2005 Kennel With The Most Puppy Wins Award, and 2006 Kennel
Making The Most Champions Award. We made a Dam Of Merit in 2001, SIre Of
Merit 2002, and a Dam Of Merit in 2007.
While we have been very successful in both our breeding program and in the show ring in a very short period of time, this is just the beginning for the R&G Boxer gang. Breeding and showing Champion Boxers is the love of my life, and I plan on doing this for a very, very long time to come!
Many Many Thanks
